Radien has no servers. Your diagnostics never touch us.
No ad networks, no analytics, no tracking libraries. At all.
No sign-up, no login, no email required to use the app.

Each tool connects straight from your device to the destination you choose - and shows you exactly what a client can honestly see. No made-up grades, no exploit probes.
Dual-stack ICMP latency, jitter and loss with a plain-language grade.
Compare up to four hosts side by side, live, at a glance.
Query any record type against any resolver - both directions.

Fair pricing
Every tool is genuinely useful for free. Radien Pro unlocks the deeper analysis - with a single purchase, not a subscription.
The core of every tool stays free. Pro simply unlocks the pro-grade depth.
Questions
No. Radien collects nothing and has no servers to send anything to. Every tool runs on your device, and the results stay there. The only connections the app makes are the ones you ask for - plus one lookup of your public IP while the Network Details sheet is open. The full privacy policy is below on this page.
Yes. Every tool gives a useful result for free, and there are no ads. A one-time Radien Pro purchase ($9.99, no subscription) unlocks the deeper features.
Honesty. Radien reports only what a network client can genuinely see: a port is open, closed or filtered - never a made-up vulnerability claim - and a certificate is read on your device, never sent to a third-party checking service. No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no account.
That is exactly what it is for. Ping and Traceroute show whether the problem is your Wi-Fi, your provider or the site itself. DNS Lookup shows whether names resolve. TLS Inspector explains certificate warnings. Each tool ends with a verdict in plain language, not just raw numbers.
The calculators (Subnet, IP Converter, MAC Converter), basic Ping and DNS Lookup are fully free. Radien Pro unlocks Multi Ping, custom DNS resolvers and extra record types, advanced port presets, full TLS depth, MAC vendor lookup, tuning options, sharing and alternate app icons. Pay once, keep it forever.
Yes. Each tool has an options sheet next to its info button. In Ping you can set how many probes to send, the interval between them, the timeout, the payload size, and force IPv4 or IPv6. Traceroute, DNS Lookup and the Port Scanner have their own options too. The defaults work well for everyday checks; the tuning sheets are part of Radien Pro.
Yes - every screen is tested with VoiceOver by hand. The ping latency chart supports Apple's Audio Graphs, so you can hear your connection as rising and falling tones instead of reading the chart. Larger Text, Reduce Motion and Voice Control are supported too.
The important part
Effective 9 July 2026
Short version: Radien runs entirely on your device. We operate no servers, have no user accounts, and collect, store, transmit and sell nothing. There are no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Privacy isn't a feature we bolted on - it's the whole design.
Radien has no backend. It never sends your usage, your device identifiers, or any personal information to us or to anyone else. We have no way to see how you use the app, because that information never leaves your phone.
Radien contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no social or tracking libraries of any kind. Apple may provide us with the same anonymous, aggregated App Store statistics (such as total downloads) that every app receives - this is a standard Apple feature, contains no personal data, and Radien itself sends Apple nothing beyond what iOS does for any app.
Radien is a diagnostic tool, so of course it makes network connections. But every one of them goes directly from your device to a destination you chose - never through us:
api.ipify.org) for your internet-facing IP, only while that sheet is open. Only your IP is retrieved; nothing about you is sent.iOS only reveals the current Wi-Fi network name (SSID) to an app that has location permission. If you ask Radien to show your Wi-Fi name, it requests "While Using the App" location access for that single purpose. Your location is never stored, logged, or transmitted - it is used only, on-device, to read the Wi-Fi name, and you can decline or revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.
Radien Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Radien never sees your name, payment details, or Apple ID - Apple simply tells the app whether the Pro unlock has been bought. There is no subscription.
Radien shows no advertising and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or App Tracking Transparency prompts - because there is nothing to track.
Radien collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
