Find the problem
You type an address like 192.168.1.1 and nothing loads. There are four different reasons that all look identical in a browser - and three checks tell them apart.
The most common cause is guessing the wrong one. Radien's status card shows a Router row: that is your actual gateway, read from the network itself. If it differs from what you typed, that alone may be the answer.
Open Ping and tap the Router quick target.
Open Port Scanner, choose the Router quick target, and run the Common preset. Find ports 80 and 443 in the results - those are the two doors a settings page can live behind.
http:// plus the address from step 1 should load.https:// plus the address. Your browser may warn about the certificate: a router signs its own, and on your own router's private address that particular warning is expected. What you now know
Wrong address, unreachable router, disabled panel, or deliberate blocking - four different problems that no longer look identical. And if you end up calling support, "port 443 is filtered on the guest network" is a sentence that gets a very different conversation than "it doesn't work".
